Capturing the personality of an individual, a family, a moment, is what turns a photograph into something to be treasured. Personally, the best feeling as a photographer is not based on a technical or artistic highlight achieved, but when the people in an image feel alive. It could be a glimmer of confidence in the eyes, a genuine smile, or even a candid moment where the camera is forgotten; those are the moments when I feel most accomplished.
